Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and while my husband, Marten, and I were living in Hawaii we rescued two 7.5-week-old puppies, Moka and Java, from a shelter on Maui.

My work often required me to travel, and when I was away from my dogs and missed them terribly. This separation inspired me to create a symbol of the love and connection shared between people and their pets, something that I could carry with me at all times to remind myself of my fur friends even when I couldn’t be with them.

FAQ

Shipping rates and delivery times.

We ship through Canada Post for all orders. Other areas are based on location, weight of product and size of packaging, determined at checkout.

Depending on which type of shipping is selected, we provide a tracking number for your shipment during fulfillment.

Generally, your order should arrive between 5-10 business days, but arrival times may vary due to forces outside of our control (border issues, delays, etc).
What is your return policy?

Approximately 10% of your purchase price will be donated to an animal charity! For this reason we are unable to offer refunds.

If you receive your product and it doesn't fit or you would like a different color, please contact us through info@handandpawproject.com or through our Facebook page to discuss an exchange. This must be done within 30 days of purchase and any associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your product is defective, please contact us through the same link and we will happily repair it or exchange it for a new one. All of our products have a 1 year warranty.

If your purchase was not purchased through our website, but through one of our many retailers, you must deal with them directly. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for purchases not done through our website.
